Teseo is part of the handloom rug collection exclusively made for C&C Milano.
Teseo is one of the exclusive models of rug in aloe, wool and linen fibres. Its undefined pattern made of a blend of colours and materials in the muted tones of brown, taupe and ivory white, captures a contemporary fusion of beauty, abstraction and distortions. An abstract interlocking of minimalist signs and geometries makes Teseo an extremely contemporary piece to inform any interiors with a twist of unicity and personality.

Aloe fibre is extracted from the plants of the Aloe Vera family that grow naturally in the Nepalese region, without the need for irrigation or cultivation. Aloe is a strong and durable material, available in beautiful natural shades. It is really a sturdy plant that can be spun and woven in a wide variety of forms and structures. Wool is the fibre that comes from a great variety of fleece of sheep or lamb and it is one of the most used material to manufacture fabric both for apparel and interior decoration. Wool is a natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre, naturally thermoregulating and can absorb more that 35 percent of its own weight in moisture without feeling wet to the touch; is naturally fire resistant; is self-cleaning and can absorb odours. Linen is an exclusive and luxurious fibre, very sturdy and resistant with a unique luscious brightness. It is a rapidly renewable fibre and can be grown with minimal water; it requires also low-maintenance and low use of chemical inputs.
